Refund policy

At Svāroma, we accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective products, subject to the conditions below.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The product must be new, unused, unopened, and in its original condition
  • Return or exchange requests must be initiated within 3 days (72 hours) of delivery
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
  • Returns are accepted by mail only
  • Customers must contact us before sending any item back

Return Reasons Accepted

We accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Defective or damaged products
  • Incorrect items received
  • Non-defective products that are new, unused, and unopened

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping labels are available as a downloadable print label at no cost
  • A ₹50 restocking fee will be deducted from eligible returns
  • Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened or used inhalers
  • Products not in new condition
  • Sale or promotional items
  • Gift cards (if applicable)

Because Svāroma products are personal care items, opened products cannot be restocked or resold.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days
